Tigh na Mara Sandhead

The cycle of diminishing coffee afternoons is almost complete and has been very successful as a fundraiser but perhaps more importantly as a social and profile raising event. Many people, not all connected with the Centres, joined in enthusiastically and we are most grateful to them.

New volunteers always needed. Contact Kate and Una for an informal chat if interested.

We are offering up to 6 free reflexology sessions for any client or carer who attends the centre. Reflexologist is Catherine Burns.

Anyone who has a diagnosis of cancer and is registered with a GP from within Dumfries and Galloway.

This service gives the opportunity to talk through concerns and helps understand emotional reactions. Also helps identify coping skills and develop further coping strategies.
